Find about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro camera, battery, gaming, and more features & specs in this Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Nepali Review. Xiaomi redmi Note 6 Pro Price in Nepal: Rs. 24,999 (3/32GB) | Rs. 29,999 (4/64GB) Our followers have made numerous requests and we were suggested plenty of times to start presenting contents in the Nepali language. And here we are. Finally, we started a new channel naming it a “GadgetByte Nepali” to serve contents in the Nepali language. Hope you will like it. But when we performed the rough comparison of specs between Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro vs Redmi Note 5 AI, we didn’t find much of an upgrade. And in this Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Review, we performed an in-depth test to confirm our initial thoughts. Now let’s begin the things with Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro specs. The USP of this phone is the notched display and the quad-camera setup. And talking about the notch, it is wide and looks really ugly. It is also annoying at the same time. And talking about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Camera, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features dual camera setup at the back and there’s an additional camera pair on the front. When roughly looked at the camera hardware setup, it looks seemingly familiar with the Redmi Note 5 AI. But when we compared the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro vs Redmi Note 5 AI camera test, we found the Note 6 Pro performing better than the later one. On the front, there is a camera pair, which comprises of 20MP main camera backed by a 2MP depth sensor. We had also seen a 20MP camera on its predecessor aka Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. But on our Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro vs Redmi Note 5 Pro camera test, the captured images were better from the Note 6 Pro. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 selfie portrait images also had better edge detection and color reproduction was also better. The wide notch on the phone was probably to accommodate dual cameras. But despite the wide notch, Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 pro notification led is small and dim. Also, the LED only glows white when a notification arrives. So it didn’t alert me much when I had some missed call or Facebook notifications. Talking about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro performance, the handset comes with Snapdragon 636 chipset backed by 4GB of RAM. SD636 is a decent chipset so we performed Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro gaming review by playing high-end games like PUBG and Asphalt 9. My Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Asphalt 9 was good. The phone ran with only minor lags and stutters. However, Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro PUBG sessions weren’t that good. While gaming, I faced frame drops in a number of occasions. So I think, Xiaomi should really upgrade the chipset on its Redmi Note series smartphones. On the software side, the phone comes with Android Oreo out of the box with MIUI 9.5 on the top. But after a few days of my review, I got the MIUI 10 update. After the Xiaomi Redmi note 6 pro MIUI 10, the phone looked even more desirable. The phone got plenty of useful features to play around. And among all, I liked the gesture feature more. With this feature, I could navigate through gesture making full use of the screen. Talking about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro battery, the phone comes with a 4000mAh battery. With the power-efficient hardware setup, the battery backs the handset for nearly two days on the normal use. However, charging the device is a pain in the neck. It took around 2 and a half hours for me to get the device fully charged. To accelerate the charging speed, I used a fast charger, which supported Quick charge 3.0. But even with Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Quick Charge 3.0 charger, there was no significant boost in the charging speed. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro price in Nepal is Rs. 28,999 for the 4/64GB variant, whereas the 3/32GB variant costs Rs. 24,999 on the purchase. At this price, the handset is Rs. 1,500 more than its predecessor. And for this price, the Note 6 Pro is not worthy of a purchase. Just by adding a couple of thousands, one can get a more capable Xiaomi MI A2 or the Huawei Y9 2019. And if one can push their budget a little further, one should definitely hunt for the Pocophone F1. So the Xiaomi redmi Note 6 Pro is no go from my side. #GadgetByte #GadgetByteNepali #RedmiNote6Review
