It comes with a huge 6.9-inch QHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The glass on the front and the back is now protected by Corning's latest Gorilla Glass Victus. On the camera front, the Note 20 Ultra has a triple camera setup of 108MP primary, 12MP ultra-wide, and a 12MP 5x telephoto zoom lens. Samsung has also included laser autofocus for improved focus. Similarly, the performance is aided by Exynos 990 chipset along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The S-pen is now located on the left and comes with an improved 9ms latency. Battery wise, it has a 4500mAh cell with 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
