It comes with an optical heart rate monitoring sensor, Sp02 sensor, step counter, and sleep monitoring. All of these work accurately without any issue. Battery wise, it provides a week of battery life. It connects to your phone via a Realme Link app, which sadly isn't available on iOS devices.
