It offers slightly better cameras and the new Helio G95 chipset. The battery size has also increased to a 5000mAh battery, although the 30W Dart Charging remains the same. The Realme 7 has this new Sony IMX 682 camera sensor, which performs slightly better than the Realme 6's camera. It runs on Android 10 with Realme OS, so the performance on both these phones are similar. Overall, there isn't a huge difference between the Realme 6 and Realme 7.
