Girls in Tech (AI): Why we need more Girls in Technology!

For years now, we are bound by the notion that tech is a 'boy thing'. But slowly with time, we have seen many girls competing and even outshining guys in fields relating to tech. There are so many examples of girls who are successful programmers, engineers, software developers, etc On the 24th of August, in the AI Expo 2019, we have a considerable number of female participants who are taking tech and AI forward in their own ways. And in this journey, they share their experiences, their struggles, their motivation and their inspiration that made them achieve what they are today despite the society trying to create hurdles in their way. Their stories not only create a positive impact in their and other's life but it's inspiring, all of their stories! When in conversation with them, everyone shared a common problem saying people tried to convince them not to be a part of tech related things. but they, breaking stereotypes stood for what they wanted to become. We hope their stories inspires females to be a part of this ever growing technology. At the same time, we also aspire everyone to break their stereotypes and see the bigger picture!
